HireMindAI courses are digital services. Once a payment is successful and access to the course has started (you are enrolled and the course is available in your dashboard), the fee is non-refundable.
If money was debited from your account but the payment failed, or the enrolment did not complete, we will refund the amount to the original payment method. Refunds are processed through the payment gateway and the time taken depends on the gateway and your bank.
If you were charged more than once for the same course, the extra payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
Interview-assistant plans (minutes/credits) are digital and are non-refundable once the plan is activated on your account.
For any payment issue, email support@hiremindai.in with your registered email, the date of payment and the transaction ID. We will reply as soon as possible.
